Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and message.

Server logs may temporarily store technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time for security and performance.

Google Analytics (GA4) collects page views, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser data and in-site navigation.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Form data is processed to respond to your request and to take steps toward a possible business relationship.

Technical logs are processed to provide the service and to prevent abuse.

4. Retention

Contact messages are kept until your request is resolved and any legal retention period ends, then deleted or anonymized.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data.

Hosting may be provided by Vercel. Email delivery may use Resend or FormSubmit. These providers process data only to deliver their service.

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-EJ42S56DZZ) for traffic analysis. Google may process this data under its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies

In addition to strictly necessary cookies, Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga) are used to measure site usage. Language is detected from your browser.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including KVKK and GDPR where relevant) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability via contact@touristinnsight.com.
